Huawei has announced two new smartwatches. The Huawei Watch 4 series is here, and it has plenty to offer. The two watches that Huawei announced are the Watch 4 and Watch 4 Pro. There are some differences between them, but they’re very similar.

The Huawei Watch 4 series is official, and it comes in two variants
The Huawei Watch 4 comes in black color only, while there are two variants of the ‘Pro’ model. Huawei announced the Huawei Watch 4 Pro Titanium and Brown Leather. Both of those models are silver-colored, but have different straps. Their names reveal that much.
These smartwatches are quite similar when it comes to design. There are some differences, though. The vanilla model doesn’t have anything around its display, except black bezels, unlike the ‘Pro’ iterations. All models have a rotating crown on the right side, which doubles as a button. Below it is a regular physical button.

The materials Huawei used here are different too. The Huawei Watch 4 Pro comes with a (46mm) case made out of titanium, while stainless steel is used for the Huawei Watch 4. Both watches have a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display, which is covered by sapphire glass.
TruSeen 5.0 tech for arterial stiffness detection is included, as is temperature detection. Constant heart rate monitoring is also possible, as is SpO2 and ECG monitoring. TruSleep tracking is included as well.
Both watches offer eSIM support, and come with built-in GPS
Both watches are 5ATM water resistant, and both offer eSIM support. They also have GPS support built-in. Both watches can show you your messages, have a number of watch faces to choose from (and download more), control your music, and so on.

AI running coach is included, and so is the route back feature. One-tap fall detection for emergency help is also here, and so is the golf driving range mode and free diving mode.
Huawei says that the battery lasts up to 4.5 days/21 days in ultra-long battery life mode for the Huawei Watch 4 Pro. When it comes to the Huawei Watch 4, the numbers are a bit lower. You can expect up to 3 days/14 days in ultra-long battery life mode.
The Huawei Watch 4 is priced at €449 in Europe (silicone strap). The Huawei Watch 4 Pro Brown Leather costs €549, while the ‘Titanium’ Huawei Watch 4 Pro costs €699. Both smartwatches will become available to pre-order on June 8, and will go on sale starting on June 22.
