easyJet Launches 2024 Winter Schedule With 138,000 Flights

Last week easyJet launched its 2024 Winter Schedule, offering seats to 125 destinations across 138,000 flights. The airline’s winter schedule, covering the period from December 1st, 2023, to March 23rd, 2024, includes more than 70,000 flights to and from the United Kingdom.

Eager customers looking to secure an early bargain can start booking their easyJet winter getaways now, with flights to 125 destinations. Flights are available from 21 UK airports to destinations across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, with a range of holiday options that cater to all tastes, including chasing the winter sun or some time in the snow.

Where are the bargains?

As you would expect from one of the world’s largest low-cost carriers, easyJet is launching the winter routes at very tasty prices. Some of the one-way specials on offer, which include taxes, are:

  • London Gatwick to Insbruck from £32.99
  • Liverpool to Geneva from £26.99
  • Bristol to Geneva and Innsbruck from £26.99 and to Gran Canaria from £35.99
  • Manchester to Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura from £35.99.

A big fan of Airbus
According to easyJet, more than 69 million passengers traveled on more than 300 aircraft on nearly 1,000 routes in 2022. Today’s fleet data from ch-aviation.com shows that across easyJet’s three airlines, easyJet UK, easyJet Europe and easyJet Switzerland, the group has 327 Airbus A320-family aircraft. These include 97 A319-100s, 168 A320-200s, 47 A320-200neos and 15 A321-200neos.

Looking at the individual entities, easyJet UK has a fleet of 160 aircraft, while easyJet Europe has 138 and easyJet Switzerland has 29. The fleet data also lists 168 aircraft on order, including three A320-200s, 132 A320-200neos and 33 A321-200neos. There are 30 of the 327 aircraft currently listed as inactive, but with the peak summer season just over the horizon, they may soon be added back into operations to meet demand.

In last Thursday’s announcement, easyJet also released thousands more package holidays for winter 2024 available to book through easyJet holidays. While the tour operator previously had exclusive early access to winter 2024 flights, the release means even more destinations and flight options will be available for holidaymakers.
